7:54 is my best so far, which was from this trip on Sunday. Was with traffic in the two fastest sections so I figure I easily lost at least 10 seconds. Low 7:40s should be easy with clear track, which as you know is VERY rare in TF haha I posted the video in the best times thread.
That's awesome, congrats!!

His and mine are copies of each other including the wing! I've had the ZL1 hood & CF insert sitting in my shop for 2.5 years. I've grown custom to the look as is, plus, the ZL1 hood & insert weighs ~14# more. Heck, I even run 18" EC7's as well at times!

I need some bigger end plates for my wing! And what about the pieces partially blocking off the intakes by the canards, that worth the trouble?

I change endplates depending on track. His pictured are the stock APR's, mine pictured are Singular. My 18's are track only.

I'm finally on the forums to join the picture party

2018 SS 1LE "racecar" for NASA ST3. 3700lbs with driver and fuel, detuned with just under 400whp. Could easily get it down to 3600 with driver and fuel, maybe next year for ST2.

I drive mine to/from the Ring on the 18s/AR-1s, 90 miles each way plus track miles. Only managed 3 laps yesterday thanks to a lengthy track closure so you could argue it wasn't worth the trip, but I'll be pack tomorrow planning to do 10-15 laps if I can get their early. For reference I did 8 laps a couple Saturdays ago which is equivalent to about three full 20min HPDE sessions, and I was only at the track for about 3hrs total that day haha

Any chance you weighed all the carbon fiber parts to see what the weight savings was over the stock panels?

I had a great track day at Gingerman yesterday. In the advanced/instructor group, and lots of well driven cars. The 911 and I were very evenly matched on the straights, and the GT500 is wicked fast!

1LE package makes the SS as capable as 100k cars, which is awesome. Also, LOVE how much side slip PTM Race let's you have, and how the car rotates more so than in other modes.

Another great day at the track. Literally 4s faster than in my 2014 Mustang GT, which was not stock. Love this 1LE.

A fun day with Open Throttle Racing HPDE @ Sebring.. They run a great program.. No "sessions", just open track format with only advanced drivers... I got the opportunity to take a good buddy for a ride along.. only ran 6/10ths, but we had a blast! A lot of track time!
