Vibration under part throttle

Long story short. Just had installed upper/lower trailing arms, and upper control arms. Once this was done they. Noticed a leak from the passenger side diff. We replaced the diff seal but now driving it has vibration under part throttle from 1600-2500 RPM. Is something wrong with the diff? I have not done the alignment yet but can that cause so much vibration?

Back story. In February I broke the passenger side axle. I replaced both with Gforce and never had an ounce of vibration until now.

Please help!!!!

I would bet it's the bushings in your new suspension parts. Much harder then factory ?

Just doesn’t feel like that. It is extremely noticeable vibration. So much so that I do not even push the car. I failed to mention they put a drive shaft loop and now I’m wondering if the drive shaft is hitting something as it only happens under load when the motor torques over.

I just did the same work, without the alignment I had no vibration.

Do you have stock or aftermarket driveshaft? With my GForce driveshaft, BMR provided spacers to allow the loop to clear the bigger aftermarket driveshaft. It definitely would have hit without the spacers.

Stock driveshaft but I am thinking there’s something wrong in relation to the drive shaft. I’ll have to check tomorrow

Did you clock it back the same way you took it out, if it is balanced it should not matter, however on one of my cars it did.

Of sure what you mean by clock it back?

I had someone do it for me so not sure on the installation. I didn’t have a chance today to look at the car. Work has been crazy

By "clock" he is referring to the angle of the pinion. If you look from left side to right at the center diff, the line of the pinion where it attaches to the driveshaft, look at that angle in relation to level ground. That angle is the clock.

I don't know what the stock pinion angle is, but if they didn't duplicate that angle when re-installing the diff, then it isn't 'clocked' the same anymore.

As long as the driveshaft is still balanced, I don't see how the pinion angle could lead to vibration even if not clocked the same, but what do I know...
