is it friday yet? going to the track to crank it up.

i am going to a private track rental on Friday, 1/8th mile. something like 15 of us. last trip to the track the car ran 5.94 at 18psi with a 1.44 60'

since then I got set up with a drag alignment for the rear, got some et street pro tires and put on a pair of drag shocks. I am also pulling about 120lbs of easy weight. I am hoping to get a 1.35 60' or better and if that goes well turn it up to as high as 25psi. 7 extra psi is around 200hp.

lots could go wrong but if things come together it could be a pretty good run. why isn't it Friday yet?

Viking crusader double adjustable. Don’t know much about them other than other people seem to like them.

Are you going back to Topeka? I'm pretty sure you'll break the FI 1/8 and 1/4 mile record if you hook and book with no issues. Good luck

Fail. Best run was a 6.29@119 with a 1.60 60’. I was just starting to get it to hook and the alternator took a shit or something charging related. The that was at 16psi.

always something with these latemodel hotrods. could always b worse tho you know that..

I am hoping to see some 9.7's out of my car on the 17" wheel. here is a slip from two weeks ago. I didn't have any time to check the tire pressure or even brake boost, just left off idle. i cannot wait for some free time to spend the day at the track and figure this car out and what works, etc. fortunately the track seemed to hold 20psi tho

these turbo cars trap hard!

Yeah the mph is nice. I wonder where my car will end up when I am able to crank the boost to 25psi if 16psi gets me 120mph in the 1/8th.
