Is the deflector something that is essential for Auto cars only? Do the MT cars need it?

I’ll post pictures of the second pages tonight. Looks like it replaces parts on the car to have air channeled to tranny or something. More to follow.

Service Bulletin #19-NA-030 covers all ZL1's from 17+. Deflectors only for track use and not to be left on, assume due to water management.

You must be talking about the piece that goes under the hood. What I talk about
never came on my 18 ZL1 1LE. We are talking different parts.

My guess is yes. Based on the install diagrams and the way the ducts turn to the inside on the top side, the front ones definitely seem to be for power steering. The ones for the rear might be for the trans.

No, I'm talking about the box labeled 84669205 that came with your new car. The bulletin says it is for 17+ ZL1's that track in high temps. I know the 19 auto ZL1 1LE's have them in the trunk. I don't know if newer ZL1's (past Start of Production of the auto ZL1 1LE's) will have them in the trunk or you have to order from your dealer.

The scoops both to existing holes in the aluminum stiffener after taking off the large center deflector under the horizontal cooler. The other two pieces bolt in where two side closeouts go that are taken off to put these on. Those go at the bottom of where the wheelhouse liners are.

Hard to disagree. Sounds right.

Mine didn't have one in the trunk, but then maybe these were installed at the dealer.

I'll have to look and see.

How is the ride? All of the reviews state it has a rough ride on the street. Any idea if it rides rougher than a Viper?

You're wearing me out with the pics

Did you figure out exactly what this is? I'm guessing I have it but it was installed at the dealer in Michigan.

Yes, it's rough and makes you think which vehicle you're going to pull out of the garage depending on where you are going. Like 1" of play in the suspension. Hitting icon buttons on MyLink can be challenging as well. Thumb on the bezel to steady your finger. But this is what makes it so planted on the track and gives a ton of confidence in the corners.

I want to hear some impression of the driving experience? How do you like the A10 version of the ZLE?
