Got my new 2018 1SS. Prolong?
I used to believe that Prolong Super lubricant helped older engines when I had a 1985 5.0 TransAm as a kid, but have never had the need to used it since. Has anyone used Prolong in a new car and seen any benefit? I have read about minor mileage improvements and even starting sound changes. More important, anything negative before I commit to a full $18 to buy a bottle?
My 1SS has 250 miles on it, is my daily and will never see a track. That said, any little benefit I'd love to take advantage. |

Don't buy any additive crap. Just run with the owners manual tells you to....for oil.
