Exhaust rattle switching from V8 to V4?
I've been having a "rattle" or "flutter" issue over the past couple months. It's been to 2 different dealerships for this issue, each dealership refusing to identify, diagnose and solve the issue. It's most noticeable when driving at slow speeds, accelerating, switching from V8-V4. The video attached is while I drive up my parking garage. The first segment is going up an incline and can be heard at :03. The second is level floor and can be heard at :19. I recorded the dash to include the RPMs and V8 / V4 flag indicator. The rattle / flutter is definitely associated with the V8-V4 switch. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have MAYBE 2months left on my 3yr/36k warranty.

This happens on the trucks, and it is always the spring loaded flapper in the exhaust pipe to prevent v4 drone. Not sure if camaro’s have them.

My Borla NPP does this too...usually when it kicks down from V8 to V4.
If I hold the pedal at the right spot, it makes a continuous flapping sound.
