Engine knock problems

I am having a 2020 camaro 2.0t tuned remotely and the tuner says there is a lot of KR. Even with more and more conservative tunes it’s the same level of KR. Tonight I finally looked at the datalogs I’ve been sending them and I noticed that the O2 readings aren’t fluctuating. The Voltage is always showing 0.000 - 0.003V and the Lambda shows 0.826 - 1.002. I’m not real familiar with wind band O2s so this stands out as bad to me. If the O2 is bad, could this be the cause of the KR the tuner sees? There is no MIL and the car is running smooth. Both long and short term fuel trims are within 2% +or -.

have you tried with new plugs. my 2.0t ATS seems to eat plugs

also look for a different PID for your front o2 sensor. it might be labeled as b1s2 without the (sae) or it might be labeled something dumb like air fuel ratio sensor

Put some VP octanium in it and see if it goes away.

I will add the other (non sae) O2 sensor b1s1 pid. This was the channel config the tuner sent me. I just got some spark plugs and will swap them out.

King LT1 , specifically the VP stuff or just a quality octane booster? I have access to toluene.

Well, nothing has changed. I put in new plugs. I bore scoped each cyl. And they were clean, no carbon build up. Added good gas with Lucas oil octane booster. Drove it for a while to make sure the fuel was mixed and what was currently used. I loaded the stock tune back on and did a baseline datalog and still got KR. Total was 3.3° of KR. Engine running at 0.83 lambda when KR was present.
