1SS Stock Speaker Specs??
Hello,
Looking to upgrade my stock speakers in my 1SS and I was wondering if they were low impedance speakers like the Bose speakers? I’ve seen a few 2 ohm coaxials so I wasn’t sure if I should go that route vs the more common 4 ohm speaker sets. Searched the forum but couldn’t find an answer to my question. Thank you

I can tell you that the stock speakers in my 2020 SS 1LE are regular 4-ohm impedance both by nominal rating (printed on the speakers) and measurement. If your car is not a 1LE,t hen it has an amp in the trunk and may or may not have different speakers than my car did. It's sort of in between the minimalist SS 1LE system and the Top-of-the-line Bose.
