Driver Side of Car Camber Limited
Not sure if anyone else has run into this.
Brought my ZL1 (NOT a 1LE) in for a track alignment at a race shop. Vorshlag camber plates installed. Driver side of the car is very camber limited. Driver side rear could only get -1.4* because it was toe limited. Had to install the SPL toe links with eccentric lock outs. That allowed me to max out at -2.4*. Fronts I could only get -2.4* WITH the camber plates. Alignment tech noticed that the left control arm knuckle height didn't match the right control arm knuckle. He adjusted it and was able to get -3.1* after maxing out the driver side camber plate. -3.1 and -2.4 performed very well at my 5 events so far, so I'm intending on leaving it as is. Tech was very perplexed why I was getting such poor numbers. But it got me thinking if anyone else has run into this. I still have a couple of months left on my B2B warranty. Worth contacting the dealer? Doubt it'd be covered under B2B with all the aftermarket parts. |

i have full spl kit and vorshlag camber plates and mcs coilovers and i was able to -3.5 f so something is wrong i would go to another alignment place or call vorshlag for help

talk to jason at vorshlag he is awesome he helped me when i ordered my mcs coilover kit and camber plates from them
