Does anyone know what's going on at Weapon-X? Their voicemail says to send an email to sales to get a status on an order. I've sent over a dozen emails over the last several weeks with no response. It's been over 12 weeks since I placed my order.

My guess is the Holidays slowing things down, taking time off, etc. I have an order with them as well. Last I heard, was "production is out for the Holiday". With Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas, and new year's, they are probably just backed up a bit. Every time I email, I get a response pretty quickly.

Not a fan either. This exact situation happened to me as well (and it wasn’t around the holidays either). You can’t reach anyone…sales, support, shipping, etc. And when you point out problems with the products you buy from them you get: “Gee, sorry, guess we never thought of that” as a reply. And their sales guy Brent proceeded to tell me that the former President of Magnuson (you know who this is) didn’t know what he was talking about… After getting burned twice by these knuckleheads I won’t be going back. Plenty of other vendors that will provide much better support.
