Better question will the zl1 1le line up with spoiler holes on a regular zl1.

Yep. SS, ZL1, and ZL1/1LE all have the same spoiler bolt holes. It’s the SS/1LE spoiler that lines up differently.

as other guy mentioned, only trunk type that does not work with ZLE wing is SS 1LE and some of RS models. You have ZL1 so you dont have to worry about it.
