How to remove Apps

Why, oh why, does my Camaro come with apps for the NY Times, Wall street Journal, etc?

Is there a way to remove them?

Just like the bloatware you have on your phone, GM gets paid by the NYT and WSJ to put them there.

You can remove them in the shop app.

Yeah, just tried to use the shop button there to remove some of the apps I don't want.

It won't let me. Because I didn't keep the wifi past the 3 month trial. So, without wifi, the apps on the screen are there to stay.

Bummer.

I get having wifi in my truck so the kids can use tablets and stuff on trips. But I never used it in the Camaro. So, it was a waste of money.

I removed mine yesterday too. Push and hold on any of the icons, and brackets and a minus sign appear. Tap on the minus sign, and it asks if you really want to remove them. Say yes and they were gone.
