Does anyone know were you can buy efi afm delete plug in modules?

Don’t believe they exist anymore (but I could be wrong). Easier to just shut off in HP Tuners.

You can shut them off in hp tuners or you can remove the actuators from the valves and zio tie them out of the way than you can get rid of the afm valves
