What car is your 1LE replacing? Do you have a separate daily driver?

Figured this would be a good topic...I'll go first.

My SS 1LE is replacing a full bolt on 2011 Mustang GT. Car was fast (low 11's), but I just couldn't get on board with the auto and it's mediocre handling and brakes. It was much more responsive after the tune, but I missed shifting. As a side note, I had a manual 2011 Mustang GT first for a short time (never had a chance to do anything to it), but the MT-82 gave me multiple issues, and Ford offered me a buy out.

My SS 1LE will not be my daily driver. It will be a weekend car for cruise nights, autocross, drag racing, cars shows, and nice drives. Probably put about 3000 miles a year on it.

My current daily driver is a 2014 Fusion SE with the 2.0 EcoBoost and some mods. Has plenty of room for my family, has some get up and go, and gets decent mpg's. This replaced a 2010 Mazdaspeed 3. I just needed something bigger, and that car got terrible mpg's for my 60 mile daily commute.

Well, I'm not 100% sold on the 1LE yet but it's replacing my gen 5 1SS 1LE if I order. Occasional driver weekend track car. No drag strips or autox.

Only thing that will push me in another direction is a reasonably priced Gen6 z/28 or a really good deal on a used C7 GS/z07 pkg.

Not ready till end of next year anyway.

Replacing my daily driver 2005 Xterra. After selling the Xterra and taking delivery of the 1LE our 3 car fleet will include the 1980 MGB LE (date night, sunday drives) and her 2013 Hyundai Elantra. We'll be looking to replace her car with a new compact SUV next year. Likely the Escape since she works for Ford Credit and has a large discount.

Ironically the Camaro will be my daily driver and the MGB will be the "Toy"

My SS 1LE is my weekend car for Woodward nights, cruising, car shows, and occasional track time. I already ordered a roto-fab CAI and I also plan on adding long tube headers and tune in a few years. As much as I'd love to drive this car everyday, I plan on putting 2-3K miles on it per year.

My daily is a 2013 Malibu LTZ 2.0L with no mods. I plan to drive this car to the ground so I can buy a truck next. lol

HAHA! That particular date night was the Wedding and the MG was her gift to me. I had the MG passed down from my father, but it needed some restoration. She had it restored and surprised me with it. There I was thinking I was going to surprise her with a set of pearls. She's a keeper!

Mine replaced a 2013 Focus ST with lots of bolt-ons. Mountune MR300, FRPP springs, Bilstein B8, strano bar, wilwood brakes, etc.

It was a tremendous amount of fun. I'm excited about the 1LE being essentially a turnkey track car.

I have an Accord for DD.

I have a monster commute so I drive an all electric car that is much faster than a 1LE . Saves a ton of $ having all electric with solar on your house.

The 1LE will be an abuse car. Canyons and track 80% of the time. Road trips and cruises the rest.

It replaced my 2009 Z06 Corvette. I know the 1LE has big shoes to fill but I just fell in love with the looks of the G6 Camaro. Besides the whole valve guide thing on the LS7 left a bad taste in my mouth and to be honest I was ready for something new. I have a chevy sonic for those crappy day drives..........

I'm trading in my 2012 2SS 45th anniversary edition (which was my first camaro) on my 1LE! The 1LE won't be my daily but I do plan to drive it a lot (no garage queens here!) probably 2-3 times a week and of course track days and possibly auto X too, my other vehicle is my 1900 Tacoma that I've had since I was 16! On to my 2nd camaro and I'm only 22 haha not bad right?

My SS 1LE replaced a 2012 Mazdaspeed 3 with the tech package that I bought new and used as my dd. The MS3 started out stock but I learned how to tune it with the Cobb Access port and really liked tuning. Eventually it ended up fully bolted with a big Garrett turbo at 30 psi and 5th port fuel injection.

Very fun car in the boost but front wheel drive was frustrating. I had to pull power up to 4th gear to keep traction. Seemed like a shame to waste that power and I didn't see a reason to keep adding hp. I had arguably hit the limit of what it was going to do.

I wanted to move to a large displacement rear wheel drive car and the 1LE was crazy amounts of performance for the money. So after about a year of planning and saving and waiting the 1LE is in my driveway and has become my new dd. Possibly I will consider a econobox for a dd but the Camaro gets reasonable mileage and makes the daily commute much more fun.

1LE will be my daily driver, replacing a 2011 CTS-V. Love the V but I want to go back to rowing my own gears and go back into a warranty period. The V is my first automatic car and I drive with paddle shifters 98% of the time. I've had a 2011 Mustang and a string of WRX's, Miata, DSM's, E36. I have 2004 CBR1000RR for the really fun times.

Replacing my 2015 Colorado Crew Cab Z71...

I only bought that because of a back injury that made driving my 2012 Grand Sport really painful (and I had already sold my DD at the time). I'm all healed up now, so time for another sports car

The 1LE will be my DD for when I need a car, and the '17 Yamaha FZ10 I bought is for sunny dry days and high speeds

I'm replacing a 2013 BMW 328i M Sport, Dinan Stage 1. The Camaro will by my daily and my track car, but I also have a Yamaha FZ-07 to get around town and commute on!
