Found this Today...
Just happened to look down and thought maybe a windshield washer arm cap popped off. Nope, some guy or gal must have set this there and forgot. Just thought if was funny when I pulled it out and saw what it was.

makes you wonder how good their PDI was if no one saw that there.
Or maybe they thought it was a cap for the arm and just tried to push it on and left it.
