If it ever causes an issue I will most likely order some OEM Z28 wheels for the rears as they have slightly better fitment with 325s

Please let us know! I'm am hoping to go at least 295/30r19 but I'm curious how big of a spacer you will need for that...

sure . I don't think I will ever need a spacer as the rears already stick out with either wheel (Apex and OEM Z28) . For the fronts, I've already been running 5mm spacers at the track with no issues

Very nice build thread!
Any pictures of the ASM Harness and where you mounted all the points?

Thanks since many track events planned this month and in this season overall, I really needed to be fast to make sure the car is ready before each event, and all the little hiccups have been taken care of. It makes it a bit costly (to have all the spare sets of rotors, tires and fluids..etc and switch them periodically) but since the track season is not all year around in my area it's very valuable.

Some updates, I've got my 305/30/19 (F) and 325/30/19 (R) Nitto NT01 tires. Those will replace the Trofeo R tires soon (possibly after 3-4 events). I will provide more data and pictures once they're installed on the rims and the car

305 Trofeo Rs next to 325 NT01s, NT01s are noticeably wider than the Trofeo Rs. Also, 305 NT01s probably will be a better fit than the 305 Trofeo Rs on 10.5" rims because of the stiff sidewall and a more oval shaped (compared to Trofeo Rs)

I decided to bleed the brakes after the last event. I had to bleed the fronts at the paddock last time (3rd event at the ORP) after I noticed that the brakes were acting weird like trapped air in the system. Since I forgot that I had to do a few panic stops without doing any cooldown laps, the brake fluid got really bad, it was almost black Well never again

I was bleeding the brakes and wanted to apply some blue loctite on the swaybar endlinks since the car was already on the jacks.

I couldn't find the torque specs of the stabilizer/end links so I referred to previous gen Camaro's specs and used 38 lb/ft torque initially. Then, recently one of the forum members (cannot recall who) mentioned that he learned that the torque specs and it should be 65-70 lb/ft and it shouldn't be that low.

I thought it sounded a bit on the high side but it shouldn't hurt to torque them a bit more (50lb/ft ) since it's a 18mm bolt and nut right? RIGHT? Wrong

Long story short don't make the same mistake and over torque them. And of course, it happened right before my scheduled event this Saturday . I called the dealership this morning and ordered two of those endlinks, even though the passenger side is fine for now. Hopefully they will be there to pick up tomorrow morning as they said and I can quickly put them on and be on my way for the weekend event at the ORP.

I stopped by at the dealership to get the end links and asked the service department about the correct torque values. They said 74 lb/ft torque for both nuts (upper and lower)

And surprisingly the part numbers are different (Left and Right )

Manufacturer: GM
Part Number: 23240970
Part: Stabilizer Link
Part Notes: Camaro. Left. With sport suspension.

Here's a picture of what the service guy sees on his screen :
