Removed my hood wrap "satin vampire red" and installed dual racing stripes in satin vampire red. Seen someone else's ZL1 with them and liked the look.

Changed out the cabin air filter and shined up the chrome on my cold weather wheel and tire setup. Even though I like my all blacked out summer setup I Must admit the chrome against the black is a good look! Even though I know chrome is for old people and outdated. Haha!

Did the stock airbox bottom cutout mod and installed an Airaid intake tube on the stock box

Got a minor curb rash on my front right wheel. Lovely.
 A body shop I went to before for the curb rashes on my RX-8 touched it up for me for free for now. I might get them to sand it down and fix it more properly next year when I take the car out of the storage.

It's funny because when I parallel parked, I didn't curb the wheels but was a little close to the curb. I curbed the wheel when I turned my wheel to get out. Should have gone slower. The rashes aren't too bad and I will reassess how much they bother me next year. And nice to know an ex-RX-8 owner here. There seems to be a few on the forum. It's the first proper sports car I had and a great reward for learning how to drive a stick.

Did some break in driving this AM in the cooler 59f temps. Still at under 200 miles so tried to keep it at under 4k so that is like saying no to sex. It pops up to 5k very easy. But still trying to stay under 4k best i can.
