They probably bonus tagged it because GMS(employee) on that car is $42,365 before any rebates. Supplier on that car is $44,081.

If they have a tag available, they can tag any car that has been invoiced to them. Even sold orders.

The 20% bonus tags are only for 2016s. If a dealer tags a 2017, it's only an additional $1500 in rebate. The dealer chooses twice a month which cars they have in inventory to put tags on. They can tag 2016s or 2017s but the 2016s have greater incentives when tagged.

The tags are only used on the oldest vehicle inventory... 16's only I believe.... For reimbursement from GM these are the rules that apply.... if a dealer does it otherwise, it is at their cost....

GMS is employee pricing.... supplier is a bit more....

So I was moved to 4300 again on friday with the belief that the car was being loaded to ship. I was told by my dealer that it may take 2 weeks to get from plant to the dealer lot. I'm hoping he's being extremely conservative. Anyone here think I get the car this week?

This is correct as it was explained to me. I have GMS or employee pricing from my late father and because I buy so many vehicles from said dealer they were happy to discount or "tag" my car once it came in. I'm looking forward to more hitting driveways asap!

TX do you know how many days your shipping took from the plant to your dealers lot?
