So, how did the Z06 feel vs the SS? They're about 1.2 secs apart on the 1/4! Does it really feel that much faster, 7 car beat down? How's the low end torque on the Z06? |

I took it to Mexico and ran into a Hellcat and attempted a 50 roll with all the nannies off and the temp was under 50 degrees. Bad idea with summer tires lol. I didn't lose it but came close, It is definitely MUCH faster than the ss all the ay around. |

I agree and choose the Camaro
Being my first muscle car I spent a lot of enjoyable time looking at Chargers, Challengers, Mustangs, Corvettes and Camaros. For 2016 the Camaros and Corvettes perform the best and, I think, look the best. I also opted for for a convertible as I really want to enjoy the car in all possible ways. Yes you loose space with the convertible but as they are so much more enjoyable to drive I opted for the convertible. When the removable roof of the Corvette is stored in the trunk there is ZERO storage space. With the Camaro one has a small trunk and the backseat for storage. I also had the dealer install the bicycle rack 1&1/4 inch receiver hitch. I plan to use this not only for bicycles but also to add storage space by purchasing a hitch mounted storage platform. Zero problems with the receiver hitting driveway and other inclines. Black receiver with is barely visible. Any suggestions on which platform to purchase? Max load is 160lbs.

While the top is stored in the hatch area of the Corvette, space is quite limited. However, it's more than zero. I can still store things beneath the roof when it's in the hatch area.

I do have both. Drove both across RT66 this past summer, the C7 on one half and the 2SS on the other half. Both had enough space for what we needed to carry. Love them both, if I had to choose only one to keep for me it would be the C7. I like its styling a little more and with the power lumbar support on the C7 I can get my old back in a more comfortable position for a long drive. As someone else in this thread said it is a great time to be a GM fan.
