I'm guessing this thread is done for...
But I'm running my procharged 6gen with 100% meth on the Alky kit. Other than needing good creative thinking skills to pull off the install (no instructions, parts are essentially generic aside from the tank conversion stuff)... I used the dual stage light in the ceiling light dome to the left and empty light to the right. Looks sleek, and works to just quickly glance and make sure you're still spraying up top. I was told by my tuner that he could tune to avoid meth as fuel and lose power... I wanted to be above 6. Walked away at 629 on a dynocom. Since then the only complaint i have is the damn 5 gal drums keep breaking cracking the plastic diaphragm to pour out of the drum. So storage is a bitch if you don't have a chemical cabinet and a safe shop/cool garage space. I won't lie, i day dream about going up in flames over my car addiction... But so far so good. Like with anything not OEM (and shit thats oem come to think of it lol) you worry about it, and constantly check on it. I use the windshield res. So much space, well hidden. Hard to tell how full you are unless you get a flashlight at just the right angle and watch the clear liquid go through white plastic -_-. I'm thinking of finding a combustion safe dye and dying all my meth simply to see it fill. My opinion? Do it. It's not as bad as they make it out to be as far as the hassle goes. I doubt this is a car you plan on driving on long journeys (if you are, forget meth, too much hassle hah)... But anyone can attest. Meth is great; when it works. And so far, Alky kits work. |
