I called GM Infotainment in Canada yesterday about this. Not surprisingly, rep said he had no idea of the issue. Pointed to what their website says and he really had no explanation. It's clearly an error. I am waiting for a call-back and will update everyone.

It is not that it is disconnected for us in Canada. It is because we pay more for the Cars here and because our price is different so are the services. Strangely though we pay more and get less! alittle backwords!

Dammit, it does say 12 months on chevy's website. Just got a letter from Sirius about my 3 month subscription as well. I'm going to call them up hopefully I can get this sorted out.

Usually true, but not when you convert the US Camaro to today's current rate of our CDN dollar.....
(But yes, overall, we get 'butt-hurt' ripped off. Just take a look at the Insurance thread...).

They gave me an extra 3 months for a total of 6. I am storing the car in the winter so not too concerned about getting the full 12 months, but would be curious to know if anyone else in Canada gets offered something more. I got the call back today after I placed my call to GM infotainment on Monday, acknowledging what was on the website is an error.

When the car was ordered there were no window stickers, just the website that says 12 months.

When i was finalizing my deal i told my dealer to print of the standard features list and 1 year XM membership was listed as a standard feature. So, i had that backup to convince them lol
