Lots of questions.

Did the fuse blow? Or did you just replace it to try something?

Then after replacing it and it came on and went off. Did that fuse actually blow? Or did the bcm turn the circuit off?

When you say "hardwired in", do you mean there are no bulbs to replace? Or someone cut off the body side connector and soldered the wire directly to the sidemarker?

Do you have a multi meter? And do you know how to use one?
