I would think you are right that all you need to do is send in the module and have it reprogrammed to add navigation.

You shouldn't need the $749 whole module unless you're wanting to add wireless, Android auto or Apple carplay to your car.

The only thing where you may actually need to get the whole module is I took a quick look at the programming page on their website and it actually doesn't mention the Camaro as a supported vehicle.

What is PDR?

I wouldn't mind sending my HMI box to have the maps updated. But it's the only car that I have. No where on the site could I find anything about Turn Around Time.

Can you drive a car without the HMI box? I'm guessing not.

Just watched a video on jumping HMI black plug so that the car will run.

I have android auto and carplay but just want factory nav. What did you pay for them for changing your module? I think he is trying to sell me something i dont need. Your thoughts?

I have had the same experience.

Wanting to send him items that he states are not compatible/correct to be reprogrammed, but if I buy the new items from his site it will all be good.

Maybe he is correct that the items are not correct.
