It doesn't matter if you have them or not. There is still a connection point there with or without out them and the post cat o2's are picking up the leak.

We'll, 1st issue I have ever had with a cat back. Took it back, an 02 sensor was loose. They tightened it, the code was gone from the vehicle as soon as I turned the ignition, 30 miles later, code is back and the same. Something is still loose or they damaged a o2 sensor. Unreal!
