Some additional tips:
1. Buy a couple quality drill bits. The CMS supplied bit will be toast after two holes. Lubricate the bit with WD-40 or cutting oil.
2. Center the holes and use a smaller bit to start.
3. The lower seat belt mounts required some modifications. The large backing washers had to be ground down on one side to fit flush on the underside of the floorboard. This won't apply if you have mounts on your seat brackets.
4. The carpet/pad is super thick behind the front seat. Cut the carpet, do not drill a hole through it. This won't apply if you have mounts on your seat brackets.
5. A second set of hands is needed to get the main hoop in place.

Thanks. I did watch that video and this one:

Didn't realize the kit came with a drill bit. I'll check what shape mine are in and pick one up.

re: #3 -- which backing washers? I went with the BK kit. There are a couple of very thick black washers that the instructions aren't clear on where they go. I'll toss them in a separate thread with that question..

re: #4 -- I've got the carpet around the driver's seat pulled back - the sound deadening in it is very thick. I don't think I understand what you mean about it not applying for mounts on a seat bracket..

Thanks for the tips!

Some of the pictures above had the lap belt mounts on the seat brackets. In our install the stock seats were used and the lap belts mounted to the floor board behind the seat. You obviously want large washers to distribute the load, but the floor board isn't completely flat. In order to get it to work we had to grind a 3/8" flat into one side of the washer making more of a "D" shape than a "O" shape.

We cut the carpet and pad on the top side where the belt mounting bolts went through.

He used a 4-point belt set designed to do that with factory seats.
