the blower setup will be cheaper in the long run.
However I'm going the same route, along with a stand alone cell + c16. The nitrous setup is also much nicer to the motor. I don't like how nearly all S/C setups put a lot of load on the crank/main bearings. on E85 my lowside pump was close to maxed out, at least based on what we could tell from the current draw measured. Even with the standalone I'll be grabbing a low-side kit in the future.
