camarocollection.com has $135 camaro badged driving shoes, and strangely an entire section for golf crap (i guess the camaro avg age/class is creeping into corvette territory) and a bunch of other stuff that's just seems arbitrarily chosen to get a camaro logo glued onto but they didn't think to sell a manual case to a vehicle they knew wouldn't be getting one?

nice.

Our dealer gave us one in a gift box along with a keychain and a few other items, but it is way too big to fit in the glove compartment, so basically useless.

I think only Corvette and Cadillac use a cloth or vinyl pouch. Every other Chevy cars/trucks manuals come in a plastic bag.
