I bought this full kit off eBay: http://m.ebay.com/itm/QTP-QTEC66K2-O...006?nav=SEARCH I used the best offer button and made an offer and it was accepted. It came with the wireless kit so I didn't need to run a switch into the cabin. I thought that would be a pain. My installer found with my Stainless Works pipes that that was about the only location that would work since I wanted them after the x. I'll see if I can get some pics of the wiring. All I know is he routed it up in the back somewhere since the battery and the fuse block is back there and it's nice and close to the cutouts. It's on constant power so I can open it or close it before starting the car. I've had the car sit for three days straight with no issues so I think it will be okay. You may have more install locations available with the stock pipes than what I had with my aftermarket setup. In fact, QTP makes a setup for the 2016 camaro here: https://www.quicktimeperformance.com...ssor/index.php Look at the picture at the bottom right. I couldn't get that one bc that spot on my exhaust is where my stainless works pipes reduce down to the stock size to go into the stock muffler so there's several accuseal clamps there too.

It would still sound bad in v4 mode. You'd have to have the cutouts somewhere behind the afm valves to make it not so loud in v4 mode. I'll try to make a video of the v8 to v4 transition

I have NoWeeds(diverters) on my 2011. It's 100% through my mufflers or 100% open headers. Doesn't allow any exhaust through the mufflers when they are open like the cut outs do. I think it sounds better than mine. Also to the guy who was asking about a dyno, my car gained 12rwhp just by opening the NoWeeds.

WOW! Sounds AMAZING. You've taken it to another level... inspiring all of us.
I've seen this mod on old school hot rods and muscle cars, but never on a brand new Camaro. Please share the part #'s if you don't mind. Are you using the QTP10900 and QTEC50CP? Thanks |

My apologies, I see the part number in the thread. I was just dumbfounded with this mod.
Thanks again. |

Are able to partially open the valves, sort of adjusting the amount of cutout?
I am seriously considering this and will probably get the setup from QTP. |

OP, I am not sure about the cutouts, but your description of Stainless and NPP intrigues me.
Did you figure out how much power you picked up or run at the track?
