I'm truly not trying come off the wrong way but you know ford sync doesn't have any issues and you can change the background. Kind of pics me off when I ride with my friend in his RS.

Yah, I had some issues with Ford when I owned my Mustang, their customer service was such crap to me that I swore I would never buy a Ford product again. That being said, I got a bad radio and it will be replaced eventually, but the service team was courteous none the less, I do hope they unlock the MyLink, that would be sick
