Awesome. Thanks for the advice! BTW...just realized that my forum etiquette sucks. You probably started this thread to advertise your business, and here I go asking for free advice and mentioning other shops. Wasn't trying to be a douche. Just being dumb. Thanks Ted!!!

It is perfectly fine this is a Thread to answer questions about forced induction and your questions are welcome!!

Bumping this post since Ted may have overlooked it. I can't speak to the rating of the injectors themselves, but I'm sure Ted can. In another thread, Ted had mentioned that he hit a wall with the LT4 fuel system and could only get fuel pressure to hold steady at 6800 with 725rwhp, 674rwtq, and 9.2 psi boost when using E-85. If using 93 octane, I believe your wall may be 700rwhp or just under.

This is Ted's cue to step in and correct everything I just said.

Ted,

Didn't you say that you also have a jms fuel pump voltage booster?

Ted,

Can a Catch Can be installed on a Centi SC System? How do you route the hoses and vaccum line to the Surge Valve?

Thanks once again.

LT1 injectors 580 RWHP, if you add the LT4 High pressure pump that could stretch that to 600 RWHP because it runs about 600 PSI more pressure.

I hit the fuel supply wall with the 80 mm pulley 11.5 psi boost, our cam headers exhaust on E-85 which put down 726 RWHP 701 RWTQ with fuel pressure dropping at 6400.

Switching back to the 85 mm pulley 9.2 psi boot and retune made 725 RWHP 674 RWTQ and fuel pressure held steady till 6800.

On high octane gasoline this fuel supply wall will be much higher with the LT4 fuel system and ZL-1 Pump

Absolutely, but require a check valve in the system, Same routing at a PD.

Ted.

A friend was recently speaking to a local shop in his area about getting to 600rwhp. It was not ADM or any other forum sponsor. If you have any thoughts, let me know. If you prefer not to comment on another shop's statements, I understand:

- The easiest way to get to 600whp on a 6th gen with a SC is to just add a meth injection system.

- The next, most reliable, option would be a camshaft kit for the car along with a pulley upgrade. We would remove the DOD/AFM, rebuild the cylinder heads with new valve springs, and most importantly over drive the fuel lobe by about 32% (giving you the fuel bump needed).

- We do not recommend changing the OEM fuel system because its more than capable of supporting 850HP, and changing so much of it up only leaves room for future failures, and unreliability.

I think I have provided more than enough information regarding the fuel system and its limits for you to make an educated decision to either agree or disagree with these recommendations.

I have gone to 575 RWHP on Gasoline and Yes I can easily go over 600 if I add a Meth system.

I do not however agree with the other statements.

Ted.

Yeah, you've definitely hammered home the importance of upgrading the fuel system. Everyone else I've talked to is of the same opinion except for this one guy. I guess I was wondering where he got that info from...but I shouldn't expect you to understand the source of his ignorance. Thanks, Ted! I have everything I need. Over and out.
