I'm assuming you don't have a ZL1 since they don't come with run-flats. All ZL1's (to my knowledge) come with the inflator kit and toe hook (and a useless funnel).

If you have a ZL1, they should have come with the items mentioned above. It's clear, quite a few of them didn't however.
