Are you talking retrofitting the OEM one or an aftermarket type?

Don't know anyone who retrofitted the OEM yet. It would be ridiculously expensive. There's definitely a few aftermarket options out there that use your phone. That's probably your best bet. I haven't followed them in awhile, so not sure what's out now.

Contact Gen5DIY they started the retrofit for the 5th Gen's. Pretty simple was about $600 to do on the 5th Gen.

On top of the near impossible task of getting a feature to work on a car that was not engineered for it, HUD-equipped Camaros have different windshields with a special reflective coating on the inside for the HUD. They are actually labeled “HUD” in the lower passenger corner with the manufacturers stamp.
