Choosing a supercharger is a personal decision so what I do it talk with the customer, educate them on the differences, the look, the feel, they're HP goals long term, and the pricing the let them decide.

Very few if any of the supercharger systems we sell are ever just an off the shelf unit installed, we always take them to the next level or more.

Now the only bad is you are in CT and I am in OK, lots of land in between us.
You are welcome!

I can support you regardless of your location, we ship performance packages and remote custom tuning all over the planet.

Ok Thanks for the response... I am considering leaving the exhaust mostly stock NPP(possibly a catted long tube and definitely secondary cat delete) and just going boost. I do not want the car as loud as my H/C/I LS6 4th gen with full kooks exhaust. Not that it sounds bad, it actually sounds really good...I just want more stealth on this project.

I keep going back and fourth between the LT4 supercharger, Magnuson, and Procharger kit. I had a P1SC on a 1996 Z28 back in 2002. The kit was garbage, lots of problems that needed addressed to get it right. The car did make decent power though...I believe 440whp on 7lbs. Not bad back then and I was the only guy around running one. I am sure Procharger has come along way in 15yrs.

PD superchargers are appealing due to no piping and the engine bay looks cleaner. They also have come along way dealing with IAT's. I do like the sound they make. Had a lot of fun in a 2000 regal GS that hat the L67 engine. Pulley and couple bolt ons made for a fun daily driver.

Power goals...I would be happy starting in the 570 range and working from there. Mid 10 second stealthy street car is my goal.

We can certainly provide that for you, feel free to give me a call when you are ready.

On my Shop test mule I am currently running the Whipple, with LT4 fuel system and a flex fuel sensor, 616 RWHP 622 RWTQ at only 9 psi on E-60 with factory exhaust system, stealthy.

I have more pulleys to test too

F-1A with a cam = doing everything you can traction wise to NOT blow the tires off at highway speeds.
(taking people for a ride is extremely fun... they all think you get rear ended when pressing the gas)

That blower is hard hitting and puts the HP and the TQ right here you want it.
In the speed spot for these transmissions!

Don't take my word for it though.... plenty of VERY VERY FAST (and street driven)
F-1A powered Camaros now on these very message boards.

I come from a turbo background and for this go-around I decided to try out an Edelbrock E-Force. Very happy with my decision. It's a hoot to drive around town and given how quiet it is, I'm always in stealth mode. Today's PDs for our cars all have bypasses that keep you NA until you "request boost". Daily driving isn't an issue. And you are correct in that all of the PD's available have IAT's in check relative to their approach to tuning.

Procharger did have a less than stellar reputation in the past, but they seem to have overcome that.

That said, you can't make a bad decision.
