My siund system build Non bose 1 Lt

So I decided to upgrade my sound system since i think the base model sound system just isnt good enough. I have personally always done custom system in all my cars in the past since I was 16, and me and my brother used to customize cars for co workers and kids either around the neighborhood or in our high school... that was ages ago when a custom stereo system was a must 90's to the early New millenium... Anyway the last system I did was back in 2003 on my 2002 dodge Ram, I eventually sold the truck in 2012 which at that point sold my entire sound system on ebay. Thats 9 years with the same stereo system on that truck, the only issues I had was a couple blown subs every now and then....
Anyway I saw a youtube video by sub (thump) (dot) com for a wire harness for the Camaro 2016+ non bose which is making the install super easy as their is no need to look for speaker wires or cut the factory harness. Im not quite done with the install as im still waiting on a 2nd set of components and some sound deadning sheet... and also have to custom make a small panel to house a pair of 6.5inch components in the rear(at location of the Bose rear speakers)
I ll be posting a few pics soon and will continue posting some pics until Im done.

So basically i try to shed some weight to add it right back in sound system. LoL

Great picture of the trunk. Haven't seen it with all the carpeting stripped out.

3 Large hole was cut out to remove unusable board weight to a minimum.

custom board that will house 5 channel AMP, oem line input converter/EQ, relocation of factory AMP, 120 amp inline fuse box
Note factory amp was relocated sligthy up from original location , the non grounded plastic bracket that holds the factory amp was removed to allow more space for the aftermarket 5 channel Amp.
