Straight shot, 35 MPH limit.
And you know some kid in a rice burner will pull up right next to you and punch it, while you are on the way there.

LOL, around here, it's NOT about HP...lol. first thing they do is put on a "LOUDENER"< is that right?? I figure thats where you make noise, BUT don't go anywhere (kinda like a 4 wheel MOPED) they sound the same. I don't know, I'm Old school, I don't walk around with my jeans around my ankles, underwear hanging out. Police like it (not a real foot chase)

Does the valve on that stay opened until it gets vacuum to close and allow the boost in the engine and not venting? If so, I would just unhook the valve so it never closes on you. Then you won't have to worry about your car going haywire and running lean as the winter is long!

Credits are used to allow someone to buy one tuner but tune multiple vehicles. Back in the day you got a handheld or a chip and you could only tune one vehicle with it and that was it. Then it changed you could only have the tune in one vehicle at a time. This is to ensure, say Diablo, doesn't sell one handheld tuner and a guy is out tuning ever car he can with it. So now, the tuner can buy HP Tuners software and it comes with "credits" (like the old days at the arcade, you need two credits to play this game) to allow them to flash/tune a vehicle. The tuner can purchase more credits for $50 a piece. Based on the car you are doing, the amount of credits needed varies. I believe this is due in part to some regulation and a fee the tuning companies owe for flashing vehicles, but I'm not 100% sure on that. Does that clear it up for you at all?

Alright, no worries. Was just offering an idea to give that extra security of knowing you won't introduce boost to the stock fuel and timing settings.

Thanks Buddy, I'll nurse it to the tune. I put a time line on, Map wire will be here Weds, IT WILL RUN on that day. Headers (I'm sending out) the next day, then tune. End of the week, then you'll have to wipe the smile off my face...lol

I hear Ya, In 1990 I bought a new Softail, it make it 500 miles, engine was out and on the bench (that is only one) I just can't seem well enough alone. Nothing seems to be fast enough for me...lol

SOB it runs, no track yet...lol. But I can drive it, I think?? No leaks, jumped pump and bleed (gotta watch that thing for the air burp..lol) I'll finish up this weekend. Set it on the ground, drive (couple miles) for headers, then another couple for tune. I'll have my buddy follow me, in case he has to pull it...LOL.
Cause it sounds like a beat 8 cylinder.

Glad to hear it. What does jumped pump and bleed mean? One of things that I noticed when driving mine and then turning it off it gurgles for about a minute like the water is draining down to the reservoir. I also found out that if at any point you unscrew the coolant cap for it (while cold) it still has pressure and pushes water out. Curious what others experience. Either way great to hear you're making progress there man.

He jumped hot wire to the pump or pump relay to make it operate as he bled the coolant system of air. I didn't fill mine full enough where it is pressurized while cold. Should we?

Glad you finally started the beast Brett. It's gonna be a killer build.

I really should proof read....lol. I jumped the electric pump, ran it, bleed out the air. I'll get back on it today (I hope) If I can see, Lasik again. I'll have to clear codes, fix (correct) some connections. then run some more.
