Sorry. I just did a search for your order number through GMGLOBAL & realized you just submitted the order. The order will not show up in GM system until tomorrow.

How does this dealer even know they are getting an allocation for the ZL1/1LE.... I call BS... Not so much to The OP but to the dealership...

Was there not a thread about a week ago that had an interview with Al O. detailing that the ZL1 1LE was still in testing. Does that not mean it could be delayed a little? I mean if they are testing for 2 or 3 more months, then that would make it fall availability. Probably around the timeframe 2017 ZL1 came out.

I don't know either...however, from the OP post count & time on here, I'll lean on the side that he trust his dealer & understands the allocation/order gig better than I did when I joined the forum.

LOL... this is the way it always works.

System opens for orders... Dealers enter them and status is set to 1100

Once allocations come down you get on your knees and pray your dealer gets one so the 1100 order in the system can get placed against an allocation and go to 2000.

No BS here. Good luck in the allocation hand outs to the OP... and Congrats!!

I thought 1LE is an option package. So, any ZL1 allocation can be a ZL1 1LE.

There most likely will be constraints for the 1LE package for some ZL1 ordering periods.

Keep in mind this is a trim level and not a different car. If they typically get a ZL1 allocation and there isn't a 1LE constraint, they'll have it. If you're curious ask them how many ZL1 allocations they had for '17. Assuming their Camaro sales were comparable it should be similar for '18 as far as I know.
