It takes about 5 minutes if he knows what he's doing. I didn't even go in, I called to ask and gave him my email and he called me back in 5 minutes. I got an email from Onstar about 2 minutes later.

Yes, I have the workbench order and it is correct ... This is just how the shipping company list the vehicles while in transport.

I know he is just lazy and only cares about the sale. The dealer had changeed employees after I ordered and the original guy was the Camaro/ Corvette guy. This new guy I don't think knows the difference between Cruze and a Camaro. When MLEE'S car was in route the same sales guy was only worried about getting credit for the sale because he went to Daytona.

Well at the time the sales force was different people that actually took care of the customer and they are our sponsor. The funny thing is that it was this sales guys idea to setup the Onstar and when I had sent him a text Friday about the car being built he was like, ok I'll do it the beginning of next week. Like its no big deal to him at all. Then yesterday I let him know it was moved to one of the lots at the plant and to let me know what I needed to do on my part with the Onstar. Hey texts back We'll see. What the hell is that suppose to mean. Geez. Won't be buying from there ever again even if they are our club sponsor.

I have had somewhat of the same type of experience. The guy I bought from is no longer at the dealership, retired. He passed me along to a salesman, who is no longer there now. Then a sales manager, who is no longer there. Becky has given me more information then my dealer. I will definety have to buy from her next time.

Mine still showing that it's not been built yet as of Saturday (according to Becky and Chevy Chat). I'm hoping it will be built early this week and I'll get notification Tuesday. Becky says it's not unusual for a couple of cars scheduled for one week, to carry over into the next week. We will see....
