I would confirm with mishi that they sent the goods and then go after UPS. Looks like you may have been jacked. That sucks man

Mishsimoto I would imagine would deal with UPS to get it replaced, they would have some sort of insurance. Please let us know how it turns out for you. If you need some forum support I'm sure we can vouch for you. The fact you took all the pictures and weighed it against the BOL says something is wrong.

I'm not too worried, this can't be the first time Mishimoto has had to deal with this kinda nonsense

I've had nothing but positive dealings with Mishi, I'm sure they'll be in touch some time next week and we'll get this figured out.
