Phastek did a FB live Q&A video last week where they installed it start to finish. I am sure they will be posting up the video soon on their youtube channel.

Not an easy install as stated.......entire front fascia has to come off like when installing the SEMA grill. Kinda expensive too.

I would like a flowtie but the ZL1 mesh pattern does not match with the SS lower grille.

Since it requires the removal of the front bumper, do both (flowtie upper and SEMA lower) at the same time and they should match.

Looks killer, think I'm gonna spend my money on some performance mods instead though, you can go crazy with spoilers, grille, side skirts, but it does look good!

Saw Unique Rides or whatever it's called on tv get behind the front fascia by removing the metal guard panel around the hood latch and dropping the hood latch so it clears and can be removed. Then you can get your hand all behind the front fascia and access various parts.
Might be a viable and easier method than pulling the whole fascia off. edit: would obviously only work for things that can be pushed forward once unscrewed/latched. This grill looks not to be the case. |
