Question about recaro Seat?

-does the recaro seat come with the ventilated option like the 2ss?

If yes, can we see the little holes on the seat?
I didn't check on the pictures...
May be owners can tell?
Thank you

-second one:
Gen6 is smaller than gen 5
Less room behind the seats for the guys in the back...
How about the difference between ss and ZL1? (Both gen6)

Recaro seats may be bigger and stronger than regular in the 2ss?
Am I right?
If yes, that means there is less room available behind the recaro seat than in the 2ss....
Same, ss and zl1 owners please confirm or not??

Sorry if there is already a post on the subject.

I can answer the first part. They are ventilated. As for the room behind the front seats, I'm a little concerned about that myself since we have 2 small kids that will need to ride with us.

Yes, the Recaro seats in the ZL1 have the ventilated option.

I haven't compared seats between the ZL1 and 2SS so I can't answer your other questions other than to say there's roughly 9 inches of leg room in the back when the front seat and its back is all the way forward.

Can you even drive with it all the way forward. I'm 5'9", so not real tall, but seem to usually set the seats in the middle position for driving comfort in most vehicles. Doesn't even look like room for floor mats back there. I guess the mats lay in between the seat tracks?

I'm 5'8". Here's the leg room when I adjust the front seat to the driving position. Not a whole lot of room...

From what I've seen at the dealers the rear seating is useless in the 6th Gen Camaro....

Definitely not a whole lot, but looks like enough for our 8 and 11 year olds. Thanks for the pics!!!

You can fit a torso back there.

Yes, the seats are heated and ventilated, rear "seats" are useless, they look nice though.

My 2 pennies:
I'm not looking at Camaro's for their practicality. for me, it's a toy, and if I didn't have a 4 year old, I'd get a corvette. For me, the Camaro is the corvette with room for kids in the back.

Now...I'll admit that I wish they could have figured a way to, without increasing WB or weight, get a couple more inches for leg and head, maybe not such a deep trunk or something, but I think the exterior styling goals hampered that ability.

I like the Gen 6 recaro seats better than the Gen 5. I agree that the back seat is useless.
