that analogy only works if elective surgery was like paying a surgeon a bunch of money to press a button and have it dispenses a little pill that's completely free to him anyway and then he walks off to handle another client while you eat the pill.

Did you need to pay surgeon fees when no surgery occurred? No. Do you have some other means to get the pill? No.

I think a better anology would be maybe Paying for sex but the hooker throws you a fleshlight and walks out of the room with your money to deal with other clients. Plus it's not even a clean fleshlight.

In 95% of the dealers out there ,Anytime a tech touches a car, even for 10 min, The charge is rounded up to the labor charge per hour the dealership has in place, so a 3 minute reflash equals $80-$120 depending on their labor rate

Ok so I installed it and it was pretty quick and sounded good. However I am getting a CEL I didn't have the tune installed yet so tomorrow I will be getting that done and hopefully it resolves it.

Well I can't get the tune installed until Wednesday. Is there any danger running the car that long lean?

I will be checking the code Monday to make sure that is in fact the issue.

Also my car is not stock it has the MRT v3 axel back exhaust along with the GM CAI.

Nah, i wouldnt worry about it...im sure your car will compensate for some of that extra air. You shouldn't have any long term issues
