2016/2017 Maggie Install Differences

Hey guys - trying to confirm that there are no differences in the installation procedures for 2017 vs 2016 SS. I assume there is no difference, but would like to make sure before I order and install. Thanks!

If you have a A8 good luck tuning the transmission tables

Tuning is the same, it's having access to be able to do it.

Nothing different in installations but SCT X4 is not working for 2017 Camaro SS. That is why I purchased and wating for HP tuner to put custom tune. I hope that SCT provides proper firmware soon.

HP Tuners is far better than SCT. Don't lose any sleep over it.

Doing more research... I'm old and might have missed something new and on the leading edge of tuning boosted set ups

FYI I've NEVER tuned a boosted set up and not had to tweak a few transmission tables, to get the best performance out of the set up for both rack and street. Heck I tweak them on NA set up even.. I might have been doing it all wrong

Tuning is a problem on the 2017 as Perdieu has mentioned. What kind of tuning device does Magnuson include with their kit?

Looks like you can by without getting into the trans table and it be a fun car to drive.

toohighpsi has also confirmed to me that it can be done. I do know him but from what I've seen of his work and his build he knows what he's doing.. also a couple people I've talk to have said they've done it with good results. (both people I trust to not lead me on just to spend money LOL)
