There will be no issues on a stock tune. Both are after the MAF so it will register the mass air delta and fuel accordingly.

I will be dynoing the ported TB and intake manifold this Tuesday. This will be on E85.

I wasn't going to test that. Ideally we need to locate a M6 donor that is totally stock.
