Little help - SS Badge in Grill

I tried the search function, but it doesn't seem to be working at the moment???

Anyhow, can someone provide a good explanation on how to remove it? Do I have to remove anything to access it? Or can it be done from the front?

The SS and the RS badges reside on a -lastic piece that holds them to the grill....
look very carefully with a flashlight, the whole piece pops off using WD-40 and a small jewelers screwdriver
