I'd say about 9 out of 10 times my navi doesn't tell me when there is traffic. Do I need to change a setting?

That's a great question. Always wondered if were supposed to see additional info on the screen also how do we know if XM traffic is actually working with NAV.

You have to call xm and pay for it. The car comes with it for a limited time.
I used the on star button to figure that out.
