mine was reflashed 2 weeks ago so I know that I am running the latest.always happens when I least can afford to have it go downlike when I am using NAV. I sat there and watched the radio reboot (4) times within 5 minutes, each time re pairing with my phone...just sucks and this is effecting alot more people than they want to admit as this is a cross platform system and is shared with alot of other models of Chevy...

I'm getting ****ing ripped then! I've owned my car for 4 months and I bet that it's spend every bit of 2 months at the dealer for the same two issues (squeak in dash/driver side door alignment) and all I got from them was a couple tanks of gas

Good news is, is that I haven't had any issues with the car, both electronically or mechanically *knock on wood*!!!!

Do you have anything plugged into your USB ports? My radio rebooted a couple of times and I noticed my HD had worked its way nearly out of the USB socket. When I unplugged it the reboots stopped. I then plugged it back in and made sure it was in all the way. Since then no reboots. Hard to believe and maybe not related but it seemed to be the root cause. Worth a shot.

Update!!!!!

Okay fellas, I just got a call from GM my part is in. It's amazing how after I zapped out on GM last night the part came in today. Any wagers on what I'm "supposed to be getting offered" I say $500 GM card AT LEAST.It's been over a month waiting for this daggone HD misule to come in so let's see what happens

Mine is 84089006 and not one problem for 3 months yet.
I seen "suzook" report he has version 84089010, but I wouldn't dare try an upgrade if its working good...
If you have the latest version and even after a flash, then it has to be hardware related problem. I would get it fixed or replaced forsure.

When you take it to dealer, make them watch you take pictures of the outside of your car, and verbally tell them to note it in their system, not one scratch on my baby! and that's the way I want it returned!

I know it sucks to wait a month for your radio to work right, but try waiting 84 days for a quarter panel to show up from gm after your 13 day old car gets hit. I've owned this car 124 day, it's been in the shop for 94 days and counting.

On the flip side, GM sent me a reimbursement check for my troubles. 2 months worth of car payments.
