Ha yes!
So far I delivered a BMW M4 (not positive on the yr), 2005 Vette, and a 2016 Mustang (had the ecoboost).

I crossed paths with a Ford Focus RS hatch (the RS does have some serious hp & Tq), but we just couldn't go at, too many cars, couldn't line up- it's all in good fun man!!

I'm basically the only Camaro SS slugging it out with the other cars in the Cleveland area...I've only seen a Hyper BLue SS on the road so far.

I also seen 2 of our RS V6 (possibly the T4) brothers on the rd. I know they are holding their own!

I hear ya GLen, most ppl have nothing but cool stuff to say, but I'm 30 and once in while someone wants to give me a history lesson.
I am not a know it all, but I definitely am informed and also know the history of many cars and makes. I don't take it too seriously but sometimes I have to listen to some misinformation lol

What don't people understand about 455 hp 455 ft/lbs tq? Automatic, manual, who friggin cares? The 2016 Camaro SS is one of the fastest cars period, short of premium high end exotics.

Now, if someone with a Ferarri Enzo or LaFerrari said their car was faster, you shake their hand for not only being a multi-millionaire but being close enough to the Ferrari company to have actually been hand picked by them to have the opportunity to actually buy one of those cars.

For anyone else who drives anything less, laugh and walk away.

One of the guys in my fire department bought a newer used Challenger Scat Pack. I just knew he'd have a bunch of smack talk after buying it for me but surprisingly he didn't. He'd read about the gen6's and said flat out that GM seriously stepped up their game with this one. I've ridden in his, he's ridden in mine. We both agreed that mine seemed barely faster, but we have a healthy respect for each other's cars.

I've gotten everything from thumbs up, waves from other (all gen) camaros, to people saying they are ugly... Funny thing is a couple who said they thought there were ugly finally saw mine in person and said wow, they look a lot better in person.

Coming from a Gen5 I thought they were ugly aswell until I first saw one up close and in person I was proven wrong. I'm still finding body line detail even after a week of ownership GM did an amazing job and I take back what I said about the styling being to Euro it's an American car you just don't realize it til you see it in person.

I've gotten a lot of compliments in parking lots, at work etc but my first time at the track only another camaro owner showed any curiosity. I won all of my races that night even though I was green as hell and nervous. Second time at the track and at first it was the same. I won 3 races but only 1 was a true muscle car (mustang). My 4th race was against an SS. I was asleep and had my dodo hat on. He spanked me bad. I blew the start, hit the rev limiter in second and missed a shift to 3rd (found 5th). I laugh now but...
On my 5th race a vette pulled up at the last second (C5 I think) and I thought "oh great". I spanked him bad and got my best times, both et and reaction time. I got challenged to race twice while airing up my tires before leaving. Apparently, people are taking notice of the new car in town.

Yeah, BMW drivers ::rolls eyes:: . . . . I see them all the friggen time here in Northern California/Bay Area! They're hands down the most aggressive (in a bad way), worst driving inconsiderate poo-stains ever to set foot on the roads!

They cut you off, they're rude, they're always in a hurry to get where really, I doubt anywhere! They just feel self-entitled! I'm sure once they're out of their vehicle (for the most part) they're a different animal! See most people act different behind the wheel in my book.

I just can't stand how the BMW has some sort of energy-field around the vehicle that turns you into a complete clammy buttmunch! :( . ... . ... I get older men in their 50s+ who tailgate all the time and surprise surprise they're in a larger BMW sedan with a "NO F*** GIVEN" on their pruny face!
Glad someone else noticed. I wish I didn't, but I have hard feelings towards BMW drivers in general. It made that newer M3 kill that much sweeter. I've also noticed MINi drivers are pretty bad, hah.

These cars are no joke the SS's are insane the V6's are no laughing matter and I can't wait til the aftermarket hits the Turbo 4 it's all good things to come.

I personally find that 99% of people who drive a Nissan thinks they have the most high-performance car on the road. It doesn't matter who's driving; grandma, soccer mom, old dude, yound guy/girl, the list goes on and on. This branches out to Infinity as well, because, well, expensive Nissan. It's incredible, really.
