What matters, IMO, is if I like my car. I use to get hate all the time for my 2002 v6. But no matter what anyone said I loved her <3
Had a mini van in college, took it pretty hard on the chin for that one too.

Agreed. The only opinion of your car that matters is yours.

That's kind of funny.. So, what did the review say overall? Positives? Any? Negatives?

I drove an ATS with the 2.0 and I thought that was pretty good..

The review said buy at least a v6 or nothing at all. At least that is what I got from it.

Yeah who cares. I drove a ATS with the 2.0 and was ready to buy one before I got my 2SS and it was a quick car and handled great. Could've sounded better but it's a luxury car. I'm sure the Camaro with the 2.0 is better. Motor Trend seems to think so. All it needs is a set a summer tires. it's crazy chevy doesn't offer them as an option.

The issue is they have a great V6 and awesome V8 to compare it to. The article was more focused on a comparison of the options within the Camaro family NOT a comparison against other cars. The 2.0T can be a 'good' option, but when compared to the two other options, it fell short for them.

They did not mention anything about the tuning options which I believe is one of the big reasons to buy it. It was in the back of the magazine, and I don't take it as a slam on the car - just their opinion of the three current engine options - and their least favorite was the 2.0T. Big deal...

If I was going to buy a turbo 4 I would buy a WRX. I had a 2015 WRX before my 1LE and it was a great car. It had the new boxer FA 2.0, was lighter than the Camaro and had better visibility, more interior and trunk room, all wheel drive and 4 doors.

If you are looking for a car with good visibility, 4 doors, awd and a boxer engine you shouldn't look at a camaro as it has none of those.

I think they're right. Hell, I wouldn't tell anyone I was even considering a V6 Camaro let alone a 4 cylinder...it's worse than a rental car LOL
