It will be interesting to see if our cars show up around the same time, since you went with a local dealer, and I went through Becky. I was thinking it may be a little bit faster going through Becky, since she is a hop, skip, and a jump away from the factory. Then she ships it on a truck to my house.

The Targeted Production week is 5/16/2016. This means the vehicle order has been picked up by GM and is in line waiting to move towards production at the plant. This process can take time, is subject to change, and does not mean that the vehicle is physically being built at this time.

The code is 3000.

OK, Thank you. I was surprised there is a date at code 3000.

Sometimes there can be a date at 3000, I am not certain how often it happens.

I placed my order with Becky and was at 1100 on 4/18. I went to 3000 with a TPW of 5/16 on 4/25.

Becky is the best!

I went 2000 on 3/19 then TPW 5/2, TPW 5/9 now TPW 5/16. Lets hope it does not change again.

The target production week for you vehicle is 5/16/16, it is subject to change based on plant schedule.
The code is at 3300 Today.

Ya most cars come with a magnetic plug on the diff, some people still replace it with something like Dimple's replacement because the neodymium magnet can be several times stronger. I guess it depends on how good the stock one is to gauge whether it's worth it.

Technically I placed mine on 4/6/16 at Selman Chevy in Orange Ca. The system would not accept the order with the 5ZU blade spoiler. I told the Salesman Vince I found out here on Camaro6 that the order guide was changed in reference to 5ZU and that they were supposed to be ready to take those orders in any time. He made a call and got confirmation and my order was accepted in the system without rejection about a week later. Then went to 2000 on 4/19 and went to 3000 on 4/23 and here we are!

I will share my delivery checklist when I get it all together.

I got all excited yesterday when I saw this and had Becky check mine. It was at 3100. I called the factory and told them to knock all you guys back down to my status so we could all go together lol
