It would be nice if you could see a list of the dealers who honor the Costco pricing without having to enter all of the information. I don't really want to have several dealers contacting me before I'm ready.

This is true, however supplier pricing is higher than dealer invoice. According to the GM WorkOrderBench on mine, the dealer invoice is $36,156.95, the supplier price is $36,356.95.

The LMA or advertising fees are legit, the odd thing is that not every where even pays them. My dealer and the dealers in my town don't pay them, I'm not sure that any Maryland dealer pays them, however 40miles north of me in Delaware they were going to charge me $700 for LMA. This dealer was also going to charge me $500 for dealer processing. Apparently Maryland has a $300 cap on what dealerships can charge for processing, Delaware's is much higher.

I have asked for a list. No can do. They work off of a one-opportunity to to one-dealer philosophy. They won't cough up their authorized dealer list. And even if you knew who was authorized, you can't walk into that dealer without a Costco authorization number from Costco assigned to that dealer.

You won't have a bunch of dealers calling you. Only one.

Typically the sales management and a couple of sales reps are Costco authorized to work with you. I have to say, it is a different experience. I like it better than the shell game so many play.

But hey, if you like the cat and mouse game of the traditional approach then deal direct with the dealer. I like a guaranteed private offer, ability to see all the pricing in the computer, and someone I can escalate to if I don't like what I am hearing.

The risk is, with such a hot selling car, the incentives may be low when you take delivery - but that risk seems to be universal, not just with the Costco approach.
